Your Task

Processing of the SAP-supported workflow for incoming invoices and reconciliation of incoming invoices with goods receipt notifications
Process optimization of the invoice workflow
Ensuring daily routines such as posting of incoming payments, account reconciliation and cleanup, and execution of direct debit collections
Sorting, scanning, and archiving incoming invoices
Posting of business transactions
Maintenance of master data for creditors and debtors
Compilation of statistics and evaluations
Involvement in payment transactions processing
Support and collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Completed commercial education and relevant professional experience in financial accounting, especially in accounts receivable
Good user knowledge of SAP is advantageous
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Affinity for numbers
Independent, solution-oriented, and meticulous work style
High level of commitment and resilience (especially during closing periods) and time flexibility
Enjoyment of communication
Enthusiasm for process optimizations and participation in shaping work processes
