Mayer Group Participates in CDP Disclosure for the First Time

In 2026, the Mayer Group disclosed its environmental data through the international CDP disclosure system for the first time. This marks another important step towards strengthening transparency and sustainability across the Group.

International Transparency Through CDP

CDP is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation that operates a global environmental disclosure system.

Each year, CDP collects comprehensive information on companies' environmental impacts through standardised questionnaires. In the area of climate change, the focus is primarily on CO₂ emissions, climate-related risks and opportunities, as well as strategies and targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Disclosure enables companies to systematically assess their environmental performance, communicate it transparently and identify opportunities for improvement. At the same time, it provides investors, customers and other stakeholders with a reliable basis for evaluating corporate sustainability activities.

Mayer Group's First Participation

By participating in CDP disclosure for the first time, the Mayer Group reinforces its commitment to continuously developing sustainability as an integral part of its corporate strategy.

The structured collection and disclosure of relevant environmental data provides an important foundation for evaluating existing measures, identifying opportunities for improvement and strategically guiding future sustainability initiatives.

During the preparation and submission of the data, the Mayer Group was supported by Sunhat's Proof platform and its expert consulting services. The digital solution facilitated the structured collection and documentation of the required information.

CDP Assessment Pending

The Mayer Group has successfully completed its first data submission and is currently awaiting its initial CDP assessment.

Regardless of the assessment outcome, participation represents an important milestone. It contributes to further increasing transparency regarding the Group's environmental impacts and supports the continued development of its sustainability strategy based on reliable data.

With its first CDP disclosure, the Mayer Group consistently continues its journey towards greater transparency, responsibility and sustainable business practices.
